Shipping & Returns

At Nature's Tree we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs.

  1. Standard Shipping: Orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days from the time of purchase.
  2. Priority Shipping: For the fastest delivery, orders can be shipped via priority service and will be delivered within 1-3 business days for an additional fee.

Standard shipping costs £3.50

Priority shipping costs £7.50

Orders of £50 or over qualify for free shipping!

Please note that delivery times may vary based on the availability of the product and the shipping destination. We also offer international shipping to EU countries. Please note that if ordering from an EU country, import and customs charges may apply depending on the destination country and these charger will not be included in the cost of your order. For more information on import and customs charges please check with your countries customs services.

We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be delays during high volume periods or unforeseen circumstances.

All orders require a valid shipping address and phone number. If incomplete or an incorrect address has been provided, we cannot be responsible for your order not being received. We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
